    ИНДИВИДУАЛЬНЫЙ ПОДБОР ШТИФТОВОЙ СИСТЕМЫ В ЗАВИСИМОСТИ ОТ КЛИНИЧЕСКОЙ СИТУАЦИИ

    Аннотация Надежность фиксации и устойчивость к перелому являются 2 важнейшими факторами, которые необходимо учитывать при установке штифтовых систем. Однако, надежность фиксации зачастую пропорциональна объему удаленных тканей, что может сильно ослабить корень зуба. Размещая штифт, врач-стоматолог должен оценить каждый зуб индивидуально, ¬чтобы получить максимальное сопротивление перелому. Поскольку ни одна система не может считаться полностью универсальной ее выбор ложится на плечи врача.
