    СТВОЛОВЫЕ КЛЕТКИ ГОЛОВНОГО МОЗГА В ПОСТНАТАЛЬНОМ ПЕРИОДЕ

    Аннотация Обзор литературы посвящен современным взглядам на возможности нейрогенеза у взрослых (в постнатальном периоде развития) с использованием стволовых клеток нервной ткани. Из изученных источников литературы вытекает, что существует возможность нейрогенеза в головном мозге взрослых. Стволовые клетки и клетки–предшественницы нейроцитов головного мозга локализуются в субвентрикулярной области боковых желудочков, имеют собственные стволовые ниши и характеризуются особенностями их идентификации.
