    СТВОЛОВЫЕ КЛЕТКИ БОЛЬШИХ СЛЮННЫХ ЖЕЛЕЗ

    Аннотация Обзор литературы посвящен современным взглядам на возможности восстановления паренхимы и стромы больших слюнных желез с использованием стволовых клеток у взрослых. Из изученных источников литературы вытекает, что существуют возможности регенерации секреторных клеток ацинусов. Стволовые и клетки–предшественницы секреторных клеток больших слюнных желез локализуются во вставных выводных протоках, имеют собственные стволовые ниши и характеризуются особенностями их идентификации.
