    МЕХАНИЗМЫ РАЗВИТИЯ АЛКОГОЛЬНОЙ МІОПАТИИ СКЕЛЕТНЫХ МЫШЦ

    Аннотация Алкогольная миопатия считается многофакторной болезнью. Механизмы, ведущие к развитию патологии мышц при чрезмерном потреблении алкоголя, имеют несколько вариантов реализации. Так алкогольная миопатия сопровождается изменением окислительно-восстановительного статуса и антиоксидантным дисбалансом в скелетных мышцах. Хронический прием алкоголя и острая алкогольная интоксикация способны снижать скорость белкового синтеза, в том числе и миофибриллярных белков. Злоупотребление алкоголем ведет к повреждению сигнальных каскадов, а также повышение уровня апоптоза в скелетных мышцах.
