| Аннотация |
Обследовано 84 больных хронической сердечной недостаточностью (ХСН) NYHA II-IV ФК с анемией. Из них 54 мужчин и 30 женщин. У всех больных диагностировалась анемия при уровне гемоглобина (Hb) у мужчин менее 120 г/л и у женщин менее 110 г/л. Причиной ХСН являлась ИБС (постинфарктный кардиосклероз) n=40, либо ИБС с сахарным диабетом (СД) 2 типа n=10, с артериальной гипертонией (АГ) n=14, либо ИБС +АГ+СД n=10. Коррекция анемического синдрома при ХСН с применением МЭБ, эффективно устраняет эритропоэтиновую недостаточность, анемию и цитокиновую агрессию у больных ХСН с анемией. |
