    ПАТОФИЗИОЛОГИЧЕСКАЯ РОЛЬ АДИПОНЕКТИНА В РАЗВИТИИ ОЖИРЕНИЯ И СОПУТСТВУЮЩИХ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЙ

    Аннотация Приведенный анализ научных статей, посвященных механизмам действия адипонектина, его роли в метаболизме и в патогенезе заболеваний. Показано снижение содержания глюкозы, триглицеридов, липопротеидов низкой плотности в крови под действием адипонектина. Пониженная концентрация в крови адипонектина была отмечена при ожирении, инсулинорезистентности, неалкогольном стеатогепатите, атеросклерозе и дисфункции эндотелия. Таким образом, учитывая спектр действия адипонектина, активация внутриклеточных каскадов, опосредованных этим гормоном, создает поле исследований для поиска и внедрения эффективных терапевтических средств для лечения указанных заболеваний.
