| Аннотация |
Цель исследования - Определить по рентгенологическим критериям реориентацию вертлужной впадины после периацетабулярной остеотомии по Ганзу. 71 больной (83 сустава) леченных остеотомией по Ганзу были повторно осмотрены в среднем в сроки 8 лет. При измерении рентгенологических параметров отмечалось улучшение угла Тонниса на 240; угла Виберга на 320; Легуесне на 340; покрытия головки бедра на 26 %, медиализации на 3 мм.Harris Hip Score до операции составил 62, после 87.Таким образом, отмечалось как улучшение в параметрах рентгенологических показателей реориентации вертлужной впадины, так и улучшение функциональных показателей (HHS) тазобедренного сустава. |
