    САХАРНЫЙ ДИАБЕТ И ВНЕЗАПНАЯ СМЕРТЬ: РЕШЕННЫЕ И НЕРЕШЕННЫЕ ВОПРОСЫ

    Аннотация Сахарный диабет в современном мире является одной из важнейших медико-социальных проблем. Считается, что средняя продолжительность жизни пациентов с сахарным диабетом на 10 лет меньше, чем у лиц без нарушения углеводного обмена, а основной причиной смерти являются сердечно-сосудистые заболевания, среди которых внезапная сердечная смерть составляет около 50%, что подтверждается данными многочисленных исследований. Однако до настоящего момента остается не вполне ясным, что является причиной повышенного риска внезапной смерти у данной категории больных. Данный обзор литературы посвящен анализу современных данных относительно возможных причин возникновения внезапной смерти у больных сахарным диабетом: сочетанию с ишемической болезнью сердца, дисфункцией левого желудочка, роли спровоцированных гипогликемией аритмий, развитию диабетической автономной нейропатии.
