| Аннотация |
Подагра является одним из самых распространенных ревматических заболеваний поражающее суставы в Украине и мире. В Украине распространенность подагры составляет 0,4% взрослого населения, распространенность гиперурикемии - 15-20%. Предотвращения будущих подагрических атак требует сни-жения уровня мочевой кислоты в сыворотке крови, способствует растворению кристаллов уратов, это происходит путем уменьшения синтеза мочевой кислоты в сыворотке крови и увеличение ее почками. Ингибиторы ксантин оксидазы (ИКО), такие как аллопуринол и фебуксостат, являются препаратами первой линии для профилактики острых подагрических атак. Пробенецид (урикозурический агент) - это вспомогательная тера-пия или препарат второго ряда, который применяется когда ИКО противопоказаны или плохо переносятся. Недавно несколько препаратов третьей линии (например, пеглотиказа, лезинурад) стали доступными для лечения рефрактерной подагры. |
