    СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ВЗГЛЯДЫ НА ИММУНОПАТОГЕНЕЗ ПСОРИАЗА

    Аннотация Статья посвящена обзору данных литературы о роли иммунных расстройств в патогенезе псориаза. Приведены новые данные по исследованию воспаление, которое возникает в коже больных и приводит к развитию системного воспаления у больных псоріазом, роли недавно открытого IL-33 и поляризации макрофагов в патогенезе псориаза, что позволяет расширить представление о механизме развития дерматоза, выявить новые мишени терапии, определить параметры оценки тяжести и активности заболевания.
