    ЕФЕКТИВНІСТЬ БАЗИСНОГО ЛІКУВАННЯ ОЖИРІННЯ У ПІДЛІТКІВ: ПРОБЛЕМНІ ПИТАННЯ

    Анотація Ефективність зниження маси тіла у підлітків є досить низькою незалежно від початкового індексу маси тіла. При динамічному спостереженні встановлено, що 33,41 % підлітків та/або членів їх сімей демонструють дуже низький комплайєнс у відношенні корекції надлишкової ваги, а саме категорично відмовились від повторного обстеження. Найсуттєвішими факторами, що обмежують дотримання рекомендацій, є психосоціальні, а саме недостатня підтримка батьки та однолітків, низька доступність «здорових» продуктів харчування та кількість соціальних закладів для занять фізкультурою та спортом.
