ТРАНСФУЗІЙНА ТАКТИКА В КЛІНІЦІ ГОСТРИХ КРОВОТЕЧ З ВЕРХНІХ ВІДДІЛІВ ШЛУНКОВО-КИШКОВОГО ТРАКТУ: АКТУАЛЬНІСТЬ ТА ГЛИБИНА ВИЧЕННЯ ПРОБЛЕМИ, ШЛЯХИ ЇЇ ВИРІШЕННЯ

Анотація:

Гострі кровотечі з верхніх відділів шлунково-кишкового тракту є однією з найчастіших причин невідкладного звернення при патології органів травленяя, мають значні показники смертності, економічних витрат. Гемотрансфузія є одним з ключових елементів лікування хворих з гострими кровотечами з верхніх відділів шлунково-кишкового тракту. Попри важливу роль гемотрансфузії при даних кровотечах, відсутні деталізовані алгоритми переливання еритроцитарної маси. В данній статті виконаний огляд та аналіз усіх останніх вагомих досліджень присвячених переливанню еритроцитарної маси при кровотечах з верхніх відділів шлунково-кишкового тракту. В огляді також наведений порівняльний аналіз національних рекомендацій розвинених англомовних держав та України, щодо переливання еритроцитарної маси при кровотечах з верхніх відділів шлунково-кишкового тракту.
