Анотація:

В статті показано, що додавання метформіну до стандартної терапії хворих на псоріатичну хворобу з метаболічним синдромом сприяє поліпшенню ефективності лікування, що визначається за ключовими показниками клінічного стану хворих, системного запалення та інсулінорезистентності.
