ТРОФІЧНІ ЗМІНИ СТОПИ В ЗАЛЕЖНОСТІ ВІД УРАЖЕННЯ АРТЕРІЙ НИЖНІХ КІНЦІВОК

Анотація:

Останнім часом судинних хірургів усього світу все більше приваблює ангіосомна концепція діагностики та лікування критичної ішемії нижніх кінцівок. У ході дослідження вивчено взаємозв'язок стено-оклюзивного ураження артерій нижніх кінцівок з особливостями розташуванням трофічних змін стопи у 60 хворих з атеросклерозом. Розташування трофічних змін на стопі при критичній ішемії нижніх кінцівок відповідає ураженому сегменту артеріального ангіосома відповідальному за кровопостачання даної зони.
