РЕНТГЕНОЛОГІЧНА ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА КУЛЬШОВОГО СУГЛОБА У ДОРОСЛИХ ХВОРИХ З ДИСПЛАЗІЇ, ЛІКУВАННЯ ОСТЕОТОМІЙ ПО ГАНЗА

Анотація:

Мета дослідження - визначити по рентгенологічних критеріям Реоріентація западини після періацетабулярной остеотомії по Ганзу. 71 хворий (83 суглоба) лікувалися остеотомією по Ганзу були повторно оглянуті в середньому в терміни 8 років. При вимірюванні рентгенологічних параметрів відзначалося поліпшення кута Тонніс на 240; кута Віберга на 320; Легуесне на 340; покриття голівки стегна на 26%, медіалізації на 3 мм.Harris Hip Score до операції склав 62, після 87.Такім чином, зазначалося як поліпшення в параметрах рентгенологічних показників реорієнтації вертлюжної западини, так і поліпшення функціональних показників (HHS) тазостегнового суглоба.
