AНЕМІЯ ПРИ ХРОНІЧНІЙ СЕРЦЕВІЙ НЕДОСТАТНОСТІ: НЕЗ'ЯСОВАНІ ПРОБЛЕМИ ЛІКУВАННЯ

Анотація:

Обстежено 84 хворих хронічною серцевою недостатністю (ХСН) NYHA II-IV ФК з анемією. З них 54 чоловіків і 30 жінок. У всіх хворих діагностувалася анемія при рівні гемоглобіну (Hb) у чоловіків менше 120 г / л і у жінок менше 110 г / л. Причиною ХСН була ІХС (постінфарктний кардіосклероз) n = 40, або ІХС з цукровим діабетом (ЦД) 2 типу n = 10, з артеріальною гіпертонією (АГ) n = 14, або ІХС + АГ + СД n = 10. Корекція анемічного синдрому при ХСН із застосуванням МЕБ, ефективно усуває еритропоетинових недостатність, анемію і ЦИТОКІНОВИЙ агресію у хворих ХСН з анемією.
