IMPROVING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF TREATMENT TOOTH CONTAINING CYSTS OF THE MANDIBLE IN CHILDREN

Abstract:

The article presents survey data, surgical treatment and orthodontic rehabilitation of 28 children aged 7 to 12 years who have had diagnostic ated tooth containing cyst of the mandible of small and medium sizes. Depending on operational techniques used, patients divided into 2 groups. First included 10 patients, which was held on cystectomy by traditional method, the second - 18 children, which except cystectomy was carried out additionally reposition permanent tooth germ using sponges "Alvostar." These clinical observations and dynamic X-ray control, allowed to establish a greater effectiveness of author technique in the surgical aspect and reduce the period of orthodontic treatment of disthoped teeth.
