СЕРОЗНІ «ПІВМІСЯЦІ» ДЖІАННУЦЦІ ТА МОРФОФУНКЦІОНАЛЬНА ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА ВЕЛИКИХ СЛИННИХ ЗАЛОЗ

Анотація:
Слинні залози є ключовими екзокринними органами, що забезпечують ротовий гомеостаз, первинне травлення та імунний захист. У цій оглядовій статті узагальнено історичні та сучасні дані про морфологію великих слинних залоз людини та гризунів, включаючи привушну, піднижньощелепну та під’язикову залози. Особлива увага приділена серозним «півмісяцям» Джіаннуцці, їхній морфологічній організації, клітинній спеціалізації та секреторній функції. Проаналізовано видові відмінності ацинусів та протокової системи, механізми секреції ферментів, муцину та факторів росту. Обговорено значення історичних методів дослідження для сучасного розуміння морфофункціональної організації залоз та їх клінічної значущості.
