Анотація:
Гестаційний цукровий діабет (ГЦД) є одним із найпоширеніших метаболічних ускладнень вагітності та асоціюється з підвищеним ризиком несприятливих акушерських і перинатальних наслідків. У статті узагальнено сучасні дані щодо епідеміології, патогенезу, діагностичних критеріїв і підходів до скринінгу ГЦД, а також особливостей ведення вагітності та післяпологового спостереження жінок із цим порушенням. Особливу увагу приділено міжнародним клінічним рекомендаціям IADPSG, ADA, ACOG, FIGO та Всесвітньої організації охорони здоров’я, а також дискусійним питанням універсального й селективного скринінгу. Проаналізовано довгострокові метаболічні наслідки ГЦД для матері та плода, зокрема ризик розвитку цукрового діабету 2-го типу, і розглянуто клінічні перспективи його профілактики у жінок після перенесеного ГЦД.
