Abstract:
Undertaken research of both sexes aged 18-25 years, that were divided into two groups by the largest body mass index (BMI) - control (BMI 18,5-24,9 kg / m2) - 20 boys and 21 girl, and the main (BMI above 25 kg / m2) - 11 boys and 16 girls. The anthropometric parameters, heart rate and respiratory movements, the value of systolic, diastolic and pulse blood pressure were defined. The findings suggest that people with overweight have an increase in the frequency of respiratory movements, increased blood pressure compared with the control and the formation of a large number of direct correlations between anthropometric indicators and indices that characterize the work cardiovascular and respiratory systems, as a result of an imbalance between energy intake and expenditure. It was concluded that such changes are possible basis for the formation hypertension and respiratory diseases during the subsequent weight gain.
