Autoimmunal thyroiditis (AIT) is one of the most typical autoimmunal diseases. Its incidence frequency is steadily increasing and makes a considerable part of the total of thyroid pathology cases. Raise of the disease incidence in various regions of Ukraine makes the problem a topical one, which requires revealing the present-day aspects of the clinical course. The paper present data on studying the AIT clinical course peculiarities depending upon the nodules formation.
