SUBACUTE IMPACT ON PERFORMANCE OLIGO-ETHERS NUCLEIC AND PROTEIN METABOLISM IN THE LIVER OF EXPERIMENTAL ANIMALS

Abstract:

Oligoethers L-501-2-100, L-1601-2-50 "B", and L -1601-2-50 "R" in dose of 1/10 LD50 inhibit proteins and nucleic acids syntheses in experimental animals liver. In 1/100 LD50 they intensify proteins and nucleic acids metabolisms against a background significant tension of defensic-adaptic reactions, directed to intensification of restoration syntheses and plastic function of liver.
