FATTY-ACID COMPOSITION OF KIDNEY TISSUE IN EXPERIMENTAL ANIMALS WITH CONGENITAL HYPOTHYRIOSIS

This paper presents the results of studies of fatty acids in the tissues of the kidneys in the dynamics of development of congenital hypothyroidism. Congenital hypothyroidism in animals modeled by inhibiting thyroid using tireostatika - merkazolila. Predominant acids renal tissue of the control group were palmitic, stearic and oleic fatty acids that typically prevail in all other tissues of humans and animals. After 14 days from the start of the experiment is reduced, compared with age-controlled percentage of saturated fatty acids. After 50 and 100 days of congenital hypothyriosis redistribution of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids acquires character opposite to that observed after 14 days of the experiment: fatty acids content increases and EFAs - decreases as compared with age-control.
