Evelyn Davydovna Bromberg was born July 25, 1904 in the family of a student in Germany. In 1910 the family returned to Ukraine. Secondary education Evelyn Davydovna has received in girls' school in Lugansk, where she studied until 1919, and in 1919-1920 in the socio-economic school in Gorlovka.
