FORECASTING OF MORBID AFFECTION DYNAMICS OF THE MIDDLE SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN

Abstract:

The analysis of morbid affection of urban schoolchildren in the central region of Ukraine for the last 28 years has been held. There was its significant increase from 1986 to 2013. The level of children morbid affection has doubled till 2013: from 425,98 ± 3,45 ‰ in 1986 to 995,82 ± 0,63 ‰ in 2013. Based on the aligned time-series data the diagrams have been built. They are ascending, descending, rise-falling or fall-rising, depending on the nature of the dynamics of certain diseases classes. As a result functional models used to predict certain diseases proportion of secondary school pupils have been worked out. It is determined that the level of pupils’ pathological defeats is growing and will reach 1065,52 ± 61,59 - 1087,53 ± 64,86 ‰ in 2014-2015. That is due to the increase in the proportion of diseases and functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system, diseases of the eye and adnexa, digestive system, circulatory system and nervous system. Additional recreation and rehabilitation measures aimed at suspending the negative trends in the pupils’ health should be implemented to improve the situation.
