CLINICAL AND HISTOLOGIC PARAMETERS AT WOMEN WITH CERVICAL LACERATION IN LABOUR

Abstract:

82 women in childbirth with rupture of a neck of a uterus during labor are surveyed. Middle age has made 26,8±6,26 years. In 64,6 % of cases I degree of rupture of a neck of a uterus, in 35,4 % of cases - II degree is diagnosed. The conducted researches have shown that the basic clinical signs of risk of development of cervical laceration in sorts are a combination of the first labour, burdened extragenital and the gynecologic anamnesis, the complicated pregnancy, a long waterless interval. Histologic signs are inflammatory changes.
