It is defended a theses of theoretical -methodological and organizational background of preventive physical rehabilitation as a strategy of chronical non-infectious sickness prophylaxis, that include diagnostic technology and organization and sanitary measures. It is introduced retrospective analysis of the literary data, which describe population health status and existing methods of health evaluation. As underline stated that mass application of individual somatic health evaluation, which was described in quantity., stipulates safety zone of intensive impellent activity and is criteria of preventive physical rehabilitation effectiveness. On a research result basis received information about social-demographic status and health condition of the industrial workers of Donetsk region.
