DYNAMICS OF CHANGES OF BLOOD STREAM IN UTERINE-PLACENTAL AND FETAL-PLACENTAL POOLS AT PREECLAMPSIA

Abstract:

Dopplerometric research with determination of systolic-diastolic relation, pulsation index and index of uterine artery’s, uterine spiral-like arteries’, the arteries of umbilical cord and middle-brain artery of fetus resistance are conducted for 30 healthy pregnant and at 90 – with preeclampsia of different degree of gravidity. It is rotined that at progress of preeclampsia there is violation of uterine-placental-fetal circulation of blood, by the most sensible index of which is growth of resistance index in the probed vessels.
