PROBLEMS OF ACTIVE IMMUNIZATION OF THE CHILDREN OF THE POLTAVA AREA

Abstract:

The estimation of the state of prophylaxis of child's infectious diseases (to active immunization) is conducted among child's population of the Poltava area. The expressed tendency is marked to the decline of amount of prophylactic inoculations among the children of all of age-dependent groups. Principal reason is refuses of parents. The substantial increase of amount of postvaccinal reactions was in a considerable degree instrumental in it, especially after AKDS-vaccines, violations of positions of operating order №48 MHP of Ukraine from 03.02.2006, especially point 1.2 of this order about organization and leadthrough of prophylactic inoculations, availability of inadequate information from the internet and different MASS-MEDIA, really weak informative work from the side of doctors – paediatricians.
