EFFECT OF COMBINED ANTIHYPERTENSIVE HIPOLIPIDEMICAL AND THERAPY ON PATOHENETIC FEATURES HYPERTENSION IN PATIENTS WITH DIFFERENT BODY WEIGHT

Abstract:

The study examines the dynamics of structural myocardial remodeling and vascular endothelial function in subjects with essential hypertension and different weight during the 3- and 6-month antihypertensive (lizynopryl, amlodipine) and hipolipidemic (atorvastatyn) therapy. The results show that the lowest dynamic regression of myocardial mass and left ventricular endotelialdependent vasodilatation determined in patients with a deficit of body weight.
