COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF RATS MYOCARDIUM ULTRASTRUCTURE. TREATED BY UNITIOL AND QUERZETIN UNDER MERCURY POISONING.

Abstract:

The myocardium of the heart’s left ventricle of tested rats which were given unitiol and guerzetin 4 weeks and 10 weeks under the constant mercury poisoning has been examined electronically with a microscope. It has been stated that at 4 weeks’ mercury exposition the use both unitiol and guerzetin prevents the development of myocardium structural injuries. With increasing of exposition period till 10 weeks the positive influence of both medicines is reduced. During the treatment with unitiol local edema of endotheliocytes and cardiac hystocytes is widespread in rats’ myocardium. At 10 weeks’ mercury administration of querzetin contractively changeable cardiac hystocytes typical for rats’ myocardium after mercury poisoning, are widespread. Biosynthetic processes are more at 10 weeks’ administration of querzetin than unitiol. It makes possible to consider advisable of joint use of unitiol and guerzetin under mercury poisoning.
