Abstract:
Myocardial blood capillaries of left ventricle of 100 and 240 days old rats with born in hyperthyroidism were investigated by the methods of electron microscope. It was established that destructive-dystrophy processes at sexually mature rats with born-in hypothyroidism blood capillaries of myocardium are practically in balance with compensation-adaptive processes. Failure of compensatory processes in myocardial blood capillaries can be observed at older rats (240 days) with born-in hyperthyroidism. It appears in further reduce of capillary density, development of hypoxia state and mucinous edema of interstitial space, to slowdown of biosynthetic and transport processes.
