SYNDROME MUTUAL BURDEN: COMBINED PATHOLOGY OF THE DIGESTIVE SYSTEM AND RELATED DUODENOGASTRIC REFLUX

Abstract:

Studied the clinical course of disease in patients with combined pathology of the digestive system and accompanying duodenogastric and duodenogasroesophageal reflux. Established that the clinical picture combined pathology in a presents of duodenogastric reflux is characterized by extensive polymorphism of complaints and their intensity more significantly, there are often destructive form of gastroduodenal pathology (erosion, ulcer) with pronounced signs of somatoform disorders, it significantly hindering the progress of diseases of the digestive system and leads to deterioration quality of life for these patients.
