APPLICATION OF NOT STEROID ANTI-INFLAMMATORY PREPARATIONS AT TREATMENT OF DIABETIC ARTHROPATHY

Abstract:

Studied the efficacy and tolerability of NSAIDs Diklobryu in 30 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated arthropathy. Found that therapy Diklobryu positive impact on the course of diabetic arthropathy (the intensity of pain, number of inflamed joints, increases range of motion, reduces the amount of inflamed joints), reduces the level of proinflammatory cytokines. In addition, the combined use of injectable forms of tablets and the achievement of effect is achieved in much shorter time, thereby reducing the duration of NSAID receiving tablets.
