Annotation	One of the primary goals of orthopedic treatment of patients with descending of occlusion height is an impellent stereotype formation at which development complex, but perfect interaction between the central nervous system and the impellent apparatus is established. In research is presented the scheme of work of functional system at the occlusion dissociation which understanding and knowledge of features of reorganisation of dentoalveolar system in connection with loss of occlusion height allows to choose an expedient way of preparation for prosthetics.
