    CHANGES IN THE WATER CONTENT OF THE BODY AND ELECTROLYTES IN TISSUE AND ORGANS OF PREGNANT SHR-FEMALE RATS

    Annotation It is shown the study of changes in the water sectors, concentration of water and electrolytes in the tissues and organs of SHR-pregnant female rats on the background of pregnancy. It was established that pregnancy does not significantly influence on the water content in the tissues of the body, but causes a decrease of the total volume of the extracellular space by reducing the volume of interstitial fluid with increased intravascular fluid, reduces the content of sodium ions in the heart wall and small intestine, liver and skeletal muscle, but practically no influence on the content of sodium ions in the kidney and colon, does not influence practically on the potassium ions in all tissues examined organs.
