Annotation	In recent years, teichoic acid (TC) have been the object of medical research.To study the ability to form biofilms of clinical and museum strains of S.aureus, ATCC 25923, C. albicans ATCC 885, depending on the level of the TC. The determination of TCs was performed by ekstragirovaniya 10% trichloroacetic acid. Biofilms formed in the plastic plate which contributed to St. 150 mkl nutrient broth and 10 ml of culture, followed by a three-time money-saline solution. The average TC for biofilms of clinical strains of S.aureus and C. albicans (p≤0,05), to strains of S.aureus, ATCC 25 923 and C. albicans ATCC 885. In this research we can conclude that the ability to form biofilms in all strains is different and depends on the level of TC. Середні значення ТК для біоплівки клінічних штамів S.aureus та C. albicans (р≤0,05), для штамів S.aureus, АТСС 25923 та C. albicans АТСС 885. В результатіи проведенних досліджень можна зробити висновки, що здатність до формування біоплівки у всіх штамів відрізняється та залежить від рівня ТК. Средние показатели ТК для биопленок клинических штамов S.aureus и C. albicans (р≤0,05), для штамов S.aureus, АТСС 25923 и C. albicans АТСС 885. В результате проведенных исследований можна сделать вывод, что на способность к формированию биопленок у всех штамов отличается и зависит от уровня ТК.
