Annotation | 64 pre- and post operated patients with signs of abdominal sepsis, who had a high starting point of estimation of state difficulty according to the Acute Physiology And Chronic Health Evaluation-II scale more than 20 have been examined as to the body fluid volumes changes depending on the composition of infusion therapy with the help of different groups of modern plasma substitutes. At the second day after operation the patients with a high state difficulty estimations have turned out to reveal the signs of capillary lack syndrome which is characterized by the fluid loss from vessels to the interstitial sector. Fluid body volumes have been determined by two frequency biological impedance method. The heaviest failures were observed with the usage of crystalloid plasma substitutes only. The use of all colloid solutions contributed to the fluid volume increase in vessels and to the interstitial sector hyperhydration decrease. The advantage was given to the hydroxyethilstarch (HES) derivatives, the usage of which promoted the restoration of the physiological fluid distribution in water areas, the patients survival increasing. HES derivatives 200/0,5 supported the capillary lack syndrome more effectively than modified gelatine. |
