Annotation	Еstablished the reaction of microvasculature of rats’ heart on middle and maximal on duration physical activities. After a run by the animals of distance a 1000 m, in myocardium there is an increase of volume of microvasculature and maintenance in him red corpuscles. In such terms the muscular component of myocardium gets the optimal amount of oxygen and nutritives, moving away of foods of metabolism activates . At the maximal loading are a 2000 m, diminishing of maintenance of red corpuscles comes to light in blood, that results in development of hypoxia of myocardium.
