Annotation It was conducted screening of synthesized low molecular organic compounds effectiveness in ulcer treatment on 224 white laboratory rats. It was established that the most effective low-molecular organic compound was KUD 259. It possessed the treatment effect on erosive and ulcerative lesions caused by all used models of experimental ulceration (stress, ethanol, indometacin and aspirin models).
