    SOME ASPECTS OF DEVELOPMENTAL CONJUGATION OF HEART’S NERVOUS AND CONDUCTIVE SYSTEMS

    Annotation We investigated the human embryonic heart since 4th until 10 th weeks. Conductive cardiomyocytes identified via polyclonal antibodies: NF (LabVision) and neuregulin (LabVision). It is else one evidence about development conjugation of the nervous and conduction systems in the heart. So, the degree of the heart’s conductive system structural components differentiation has a positive correlation with the relative volume index of nerve fibers that it includes. The growth direction of the atrioventricular bundle fibers depends on the vector distribution of nerve fibers in the interventricular septum. Purkinje fibers express neuregulin that paracrine way regulates of the heart’s nervous system development.
