Annotation | The goal of the work was to determine the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of the endometrial hyperplastic processes with chronic endometritis in premenopausal women. Were prospectively studied 224 premenopausal women with different morphological types of hyperplasia with chronic endometritis; furthermore, 2570 medical records was retrospectively analyzed. As a result, epidemiological data, history, data of instrumental, laboratory and morphological investigations was summarized. Found that more often than other cervical mucus, which was taken for analysis in all subjects, without exception, contain human papilloma virus, cytomegalovirus, fungal infections caused by candida albicans, and mixed infection (both - viral and bacterial). The most frequent clinical symptoms of hyperplastic processes with the chronic endometritis in premenopausal women are duration and amount of menstrual bleeding. Found that the risk appearance of atypical hyperplasia in premenopausal women with chronic endometritis significantly increased when combined the following factors: the low level of fertility, the use an intrauterine device for more than 5 years, the presence of urogenital infections, diseases of the cardiovascular system, excess weight, decreased immunity, increased concentration blood gonadotropic hormones, increased estrogen and decreased progesterone and testosterone in the blood. |
