    Annotation In the article presents the results of a comprehensive study of children with chronic constipation caused by organic congenital colon (dolichosigmoid) studied anatomical and topographical characteristics of the state of the motor function of the colon, especially the development of compensatory-adaptive phenomena upper gastrointestinal tract by X-ray diagnostics. Found that due to regulatory changes in motor activity and evacuation of the stomach and intestines is achieved coordinated activity of the digestive system. As the progression of chronic constipation caused dolihosigmoid increases the frequency of morphological and functional changes of the stomach and small intestine. When dolichosigmoid diagnosed radiographic changes of the gastrointestinal tract, which indicate the compensatory-adaptive phenomenon to delay the contents of the gastrointestinal tract.
