In the article the results of pathogenesis research of newborns’ multiorgan failure syndrome is demonstrated. It is showed, that pathogenesis of is realizing on different levels of biological organization. The role of expression and polymorphism of gene of Toll-like receptors of the 2-nd type is showed, disturbances of cellular energizing and interferon’s-α production. |
