In the experiment on 300 white mongrel mature male rats the dynamics of body weight after 60-day administration of sodium benzoate or tartrazine at various doses was investigated. It was showed a decrease rate of weight gain, as after 30 days and 60 days of the experiment, compared with those of control animals, the most pronounced in the amplitude in the group using sodium benzoate in a dosage of 1000 mg/kg and tartrazine at a dosage of 1500 mg/kg. |
