Annotation TNF -α – proinflamatory cytokine which elevated in plasma in obesity, is associated with the development of hyperglycemia and insulin resistance. TNF -α is considered as a mediator of insulin resistance, due to the fact that the expression of TNF -α is expressed in adipocytes visceral adipose tissue, but also in fat cells in obese influenced by lipoprotein released excessive amounts of fatty acids, which reduce the sensitivity of the liver and other tissues to insulin due to irregularities in the postreceptor insulin signal transmission. Visceral adipose tissue is the primary source of free fatty acids. By increasing the free fatty acids in the portal circulation and in conditions of hyperactivation of TNF -α disrupted insulin receptors, which leads to increased lipogenesis and insulin resistance. Research has indicated that excessive TNF-α is synthesized in adipose tissue. Association hypertension and obesity plays a significant role in the development of insulin resistance. The increased expression of TNF -α contributes to the progression of dysmetabolic disorders in .comorbidity of hypertension and obesity.
