Annotation | According to WHO, the heart disease is one of the key problem of modern medicine. The diseases of the cardiovascular system are most often cause of mortality and disability in developed countries, and account for nearly 17-20% of the population. According to the statistics 63 causes of the death from each 100 in Ukraine because of cardiovascular disease [1]. Lesion of the mitochondrial apparatus according to some sources [2,3,4] plays the key role in mechanism of the cardiovascular diseases. Using the electronic microscopy, morphometry and statistics, the structural features of the cardiomyocytes mitochondrial apparatus of the rat on early stages of the chronic opioid intoxication were found. Thus, this data can be the basis for further study of the influence of the opioids on the cardiovascular system with aim to develop the methods of prophylactics and treatment narcotic cardiomyopathies. The comparison of the morphometric parameters of the cardiomyocytes mitochondrial apparatus of the rat on different terms of the chronic opioid intoxication were made, as well as types of lesion mitochondria depending of their localization and functional loading were found. |
