Annotation Experiments on simulated experimental caries legitimately exercise only those animals that have teeth on the type of structure and functioning like as a human. We set out to explore the features of the microscopic structure of dogs dentin and enamel of molars depending on their functionality. The material of research were selected (upper and lower) dentoalveolar segments of premolars and molars 5 mongrel male dogs, aged from 3 to 4 years of age and weighing about 20 kilograms which prior to euthanasia were kept under standard conditions of experimental biological clinics of Higher State Educational Establishment of Ukraine “Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy”. All operative procedures used to collect material from animals made in full compliance with the principles of the "European Convention for the Protection of Vertebrate Animals used for Experimental and other Scientific Purposes" (Strasbourg, 1986), as well as solutions of " First National Congress on Bioethics" (Kiev, 2001). In addition to that used 5 total preparations skull dogs that at the time of the study were obtained from the Department of Anatomy museums of Higher State Educational Establishment of Ukraine “Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy” and the Department of Surgery and Obstetrics of Poltava State Agrarian Academy. Dentoalveolar segments obtained after washing in physiological solution, were fixed in 10% neutral formalin solution and then washed them and subjected to dehydration in increasing concentrations of alcohol followed by displacement with pure acetone alcohol. The subsequent procedure was impregnated tissues with epoxy resin, as we used epoxy glue "Himkontakt - Epoxy." Polymerization was carried out in separate pans of the appropriate size. The resulting epoxy blocks were used for the manufacture of these thin sections of plate thickness from 2 mm to 0.5 mm, according to the procedure developed at the Department of Human Anatomy of Higher State Educational Establishment of Ukraine “Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy”. The final step was to surface etching of thin sections of chelating agents (Trilon-B) in the color of a 1% solution of methylene blue 1% solution of borax. The study of their photographic documentation and implemented using light microscopes MBS-0 and the "Konus", equipped with a digital photo console. The data are reduced to that of the molars to the true posterior teeth (and in this respect can be compared to a dog only molars, can be attributed to human molar. In dentition dogs nodal position occupied most massive cross-sections teeth. For high altitude latitudinal index crowns each cross-sections dog's tooth is about two human molars. The maximum thickness of the enamel crowns in high places conical hills molars dog is only in the range of 0.8 to 1.3 mm, which is almost 2.5 times the thickness of inferior human dental enamel. An important distinguishing feature is the lack of molars dogs between their conical hillocks fissure entities that are inherent in human molars, being a typical venue for carious lesions.
