Annotation The role of microcirculary component in formation of lymphoid tissue of rats' stomach in early postnatal period after antenatal antigen administration. S. S Kluchko. The thesis is done in the framework of research ву Zaporozhye State Medical University and is a complex piece of scientific work of Department of Histology, Cytology and Embryology "Morphofunctional peculiarities of the mucous membranes and internal organs of humans and animals in normal and after administration of antigen. Introduction. According to the concept by A.M. Chernukha, analysis of adaptive body reactions has to be carried out, taking into account changes in the following elements: connective tissue, microvasculation, neuro-humoral system, the working part of the viscus. However, there are still structures located within organs and also involved in the formation of immune adaptive responses: diffuse lymphoid cells, their clusters, isolated and grouped lymphoid nodules. In mucous membranes, they are combined with epithelium into a single structure - limfoepitelial nodules, or with veins - perivascular lymphoid nodules, which role in the formation of local immune reactions are confirmed by the study of their morphological characteristics in ontogenesis and in antigenic stimulation. So it is important to study the changes in the structure of the formation of the hemomicrocirculatory channel of lymphoid tissue in the stomach after intrauterine antigenic stimulation. The aim of this work is to study the morphological changes of the hemomicrocirculatory channel of rat’s stomach in the early postnatal period after the intrauterine introduction of the antigen. Material and methods. As the objects of the study were taken stomachs of Wistar rats aged 1 to 90 days of postnatal development. The experiment used five groups of animals: the first - intact rats, the second and the third - experimental animals were injected inactivated split influenza vaccine Vaccigrip according intrafetal and in amniotic fluid, the fourth and the fifth group - control, animals were injected with physiological solution of sodium chloride respectively intrafetal and in amniotic fluid at the 18th day of fetal development. As antigen was selected split influenza inactivated vaccine Vaccigrip. The work with experimental animals was guided by the "The rules of using laboratory experimental animals" (2006, Appendix 4) and the Helsinki Declaration of humane treatment of animals. Quantitative analysis of morphometric studies and statistical analysis of morphometric data was performed using the licensing program «STATISTICA® for Windows 6.0» Results and discussion. Amid the increasing of the content of lymphocytes in lymphoid formations of gastric mucosa the change of cytoarchitectonics of the hemomicrocirculatory channel was observed. It was found that after intrauterine antigenic stimulation the area occupied by different layers of the microcirculation of the gastric mucosa increased. The data show that the process of immunostimulation by administering antigen corresponds to a morphological and histological equivalent that is reactive and cellular changes not only of the lymphoid but also of all connective tissue, including blood vessels of the microcirculation channel. Conclusions. After the intrauterine introduction of antigen there was a tendency to increase the number and the caliber of all parts of the microcirculation channel (arterioles, venules, capillaries). Prospects for further development. In the future study of the microcirculation of the gastric mucosa of rats using immunohistochemical markers and study of the ultramicroscopic changes in microvascular structure on the background of increased antigenic load in the prenatal period of ontogenesis.
