The data of this study allow us to make conclusions about the effectiveness of methods of transplantation and xenotransplantation immature testis, contributing to overcome the reaction of tissue incompatibility and graft rejection. This is due to the fact that in the convoluted seminiferous tubules of immature testis are no spermatocytes of the first order and differentiated germ cells, which are antigenic for both its own body, and for the recipient's body and causing the subsequent reaction of rejection of trasplantants. Transplantation of the testis in an orthotopic position includes maintaining optimal temperatutry and vascularization of transplanted male sexual glands. As a result, achieved recovery and restoration of endocrine cells. We believe that the free transplantation of immature testis can be considered as one of the methods of filling androgen deficiency of the recipient. |
